At the conclusion of the Summit, CME Credits may be claimed on the page through the completion of the post-activity CME evaluation form.
1 CME Certificate is supplied electronically for the cumulative CME Credits earned commensurate with the extent of participation within the EP Fellows Summit.
Continuing Medical Education Certificates

Upon successful submission, continuing medical education certificates will be issued via email upon verification of attendance.
